Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in a cloud deployment.
• Experience leading/mentoring small engineering teams.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Scala).
• Strong understanding of distributed computing and scalability principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and architecture leadership to plan new features.
• Write code and maintain/enforce coding standards.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors/teams.
• Mentor a small team of developers.
• Optimize operational efficiency by eliminating redundancies.
