The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $248,000‑$349,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
  • Define a multi-year technical strategy for AI infrastructure that bridges the gap between high‑level business goals and engineering needs, and build the foundational control plane building blocks required to support AI/ML workloads at scale.
  • Lead the integration of infrastructure with industry‑standard orchestrators like Kubernetes, Slurm, and Ray to ensure seamless workload management.
  • Oversee the development of critical system logic, including resource scheduling, configuration distribution, and state management for massive clusters.
  • Translate vague requirements into concrete, scalable technical solutions while contributing back to the global open‑source community.
  • Scale the engineering organization by mentoring talent into leadership roles, mitigating operational risks, and driving cross‑functional alignment with key partners to deliver unified software stacks.
