Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior Staff Software Engineer to own engineering for agentic automation across enterprise systems in Santa Clara. You will design AI-driven workflows, build robust integrations, and drive automation to reduce incident times while balancing security and user experience.

You will lead with a systems-thinking mindset, mentor teammates, and push for scalable runbooks and knowledge bases. Applicants should have deep backend experience and frontend skills including React.js.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SRE, Enterprise Support or DevOps.
• Experience with SaaS, hybrid cloud, AI/ML environments.
• Experience building production-grade agentic workflows (multi-agent systems).
• Strong software fundamentals and experience building/operating large-scale systems.
• Expert troubleshooting across enterprise hybrid stack (Jira, Microsoft OS, Linux, Windows; AI storage & compute).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LLM-based agents, tool calling, RAG patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
• Build integrations and automation pipelines across ServiceNow, identity management, monitoring platforms, and enterprise SaaS.
• Triage and resolve enterprise issues with automation to improve mitigation and resolution times.
• Mentor team members on troubleshooting methodology and systems thinking.
• Trace root causes of complex multi-system failures and develop runbooks and knowledge bases.
