Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a senior/staff-level security engineer to support security across an AI/ML-focused organization. The role emphasizes applying compliance requirements and strengthening security in infrastructure and software delivery.

You will contribute to security practices aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR, while maintaining security automation and infrastructure-as-code, and advancing DevSecOps integration within engineering workflows.

Qualifications

About the Role

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with compliance frameworks, standards, or regulations, including one or more of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GDPR.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining security automation, infrastructure-as-code, or DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to apply security and compliance considerations in an AI/ML industry context.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $200,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
