Job description

Overview

We're looking for a Senior Staff Platform Product Manager to lead one of Intuit's most critical platforms: the connectivity layer powering QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.

The platform you'll own connects Intuit's products to the external world, enabling the integrations and partnerships that millions of customers rely on daily. You'll continuously scout and onboard new data providers, expanding the ecosystem in ways that reduce friction for customers and developers alike, and directly drive revenue across Intuit.

This role demands a rare combination: deep technical fluency, customer empathy, and the business acumen to forge strong partnerships and ship at scale. You'll set the strategic vision for the platform, drive key initiatives end-to-end, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver with both speed and excellence.

If you think in systems, lead through influence, and want your work to matter at scale, we'd love to talk.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the strategic vision for Intuit's data integration platform, expanding connectivity across QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.
  • Scout, evaluate, and onboard new data providers to expand the ecosystem and unlock new revenue.
  • Partner with external providers to design and build secure, high-scale integrations that meet enterprise reliability standards.
  • Own integration quality end-to-end, proactively resolving issues with partners before they reach customers.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the platform, improving data quality, automation, and developer experience.
  • Influence adjacent product roadmaps to deliver optimal ecosystem-wide experiences across BUs.
  • Craft compelling narratives and decision docs that drive alignment from engineers to SVPs on platform strategy.
  • Conduct customer and developer discovery to identify high-impact integration gaps and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years in product management, with experience owning platform or infrastructure products.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data standards, and platform design principles, including AI-powered capabilities.
  • Track record of shipping integrations or platform capabilities at scale across multiple teams.
  • Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships (data providers, fintech partners, industry bodies).
  • Domain knowledge in FinTech, Banking Standards, Payments, or ERP is a plus.
  • Skilled storyteller and communicator, comfortable influencing senior leadership on platform strategy.
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to measuring ecosystem health, partner performance, and business outcomes.
  • Quick learner who can ramp into complex technical domains with minimal hand-holding.
