Job summary

Teradata seeks a Senior Staff Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Enterprise Context Engine. You will align customer needs with platform capabilities, guiding cross-functional teams through discovery, design, and delivery.

This role requires deep knowledge of knowledge graphs, metadata, and AI, delivering production-grade data products across cloud and on-prem environments while partnering with engineering, data science, and field teams to ensure governance and trusted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in product management or equivalent technical leadership with 4+ years on enterprise AI/ML, search or ML ranking.
• Deep familiarity with knowledge graph technologies, metadata management, and semantic knowledge platforms, including ontology design, graph query languages (Gremlin, SPARQL, Cypher), and entity resolution/harmonization.
• Strong technical fluency in enterprise data architecture: data catalogs, lineage, schema registries, metadata standards, and data governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience building enterprise GraphRAG pipelines, hybrid semantic search, agent grounding, and domain-specific LLM applications.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems and a track record of bringing agent-driven solutions to production.
• Proven ability to create product requirements, roadmaps, UX, API requirements, prioritization frameworks, and measurable success criteria in partnership with design and engineering.
• Proven ability to lead and align engineering, data science, architecture, design, and go-to-market teams around clear product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Context Engine roadmap and success criteria.
• Drive lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define platform vision for reusable context across Teradata products, personas, and domains.
• Set competitive position against Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and other vendors.
• Lead ingestion, harmonization, and organization of metadata and data into a unified knowledge graph.
• Oversee ontology management, semantic mapping, and schema enrichment.
