Job summary

Grindr is seeking an experienced ML Architect to lead the design and scale of our recommendation systems serving millions of users. You will drive the use of advanced LLMs to interpret vast conversation data and improve user matching at scale.

You will prototype, iterate, and ship production-grade ML solutions while guiding engineering, data science, and product teams. A track record of delivering at scale and owning end-to-end ML platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Databricks).
• Proven ability to deliver ML at scale in production.
• Expertise in building and maintaining LLM workflows for nuanced, human-driven tasks.

• Architect and oversee large-scale recommendation systems to serve millions, balancing performance and innovation.
• Leverage the latest LLMs to process vast conversation data and enhance user connections.
