Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join the Global Payment Network Tech organization, with remote eligibility. You will lead as a trusted technical advisor, drive modernization toward microservices and event-driven platforms, and mentor engineers across teams.

You will collaborate with engineering and architecture leaders to shape platform strategy, API standards, and scalable solutions, balancing hands-on work with thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 9 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud computing and data architecture.
