Job summary

Workstream is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This full-time role is hybrid, with 1–2 days in-office weekly to support close cross-functional collaboration.

You will build scalable cloud-based solutions for the hourly workforce, collaborating with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams while emphasizing TDD and high-quality software development.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD with a commitment to quality software development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Demonstrated experience in designing distributed systems with a holistic perspective.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.

Day In The Life

• Demonstrated experience in designing distributed systems with a holistic perspective.
• Keep up with the latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred

Salary Range

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $140,000 to $170,000 in Lehi, Utah. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
