Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead the cost, schedule, and execution of engineering scope on a major program. You will coordinate resources across IPTs, drive the technical execution plan, and ensure work aligns with budgets and contractual commitments.
The role requires active Secret clearance and demonstrated ability to manage complex development programs, with strong communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The EPM within the Engineering Leadership section is accountable for the cost, schedule, and execution of all engineering scope on the program. This role ensures engineering activities are completed on time and within the approved budget and contractual boundaries across all Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Key responsibilities include driving implementation of the technical execution plan and proactively identifying, securing, and coordinating the engineering resources needed to meet program objectives and commitments.
This position is contingent on contract award, the successful transfer of an active U.S Government Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Special Program Access.

Primary Level Salary Range: $184,100.00 - $276,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
