Fanatics is seeking a Sr. Staff Engineer to lead ambitious mobile projects and shape the technical strategy for the Fanatics App. You will operate strategically and hands-on, setting the standard for the team and influencing architectural decisions.

You will mentor engineers, champion software quality and observability, and collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to drive high-impact outcomes. This role supports remote-friendly work with occasional travel.

Qualificações

• 10+ years building scalable Android apps with Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Strong communication and team-first mentality in high-growth environments.
• Experience with cross-platform code sharing and observability is preferred.
