MicroVision® is seeking a Sr. Staff Electrical Engineer at our Orlando, FL office. You will lead the design and development of complex circuit boards for automotive LiDAR products while being a technical authority on electrical architecture and driving best practices in hardware development. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and over 12 years of experience in electrical hardware development, capable of mentoring and leading teams. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in electrical hardware development.
• Expert-level experience with schematic capture and PCB design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex circuit boards for automotive LiDAR products.
• Provide technical authority for mixed-signal and power circuits.
• Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers in hardware development.
