Qualifications

• Ability to own multi-year technical strategy across teams with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term DS technical strategy across the portfolio.
• Design multi-team architecture enabling DS work with scale and minimal rework.
• Drive large-scale, year-long projects spanning teams and value streams.
• Make org-wide tech investment decisions including build vs. buy.
• Set standards for AI/ML development and tool adoption.
• Translate DS insights into executive-level business decisions.
• Mentor senior ICs and influence hiring across the DS org.
• Push innovation while maintaining governance and data quality.
