The role covers full‑cycle period‑end close, reconciliations, asset management, and compliance. It requires strong communication and collaboration across internal and external partners in a fast-growing, multi-unit QSR franchise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of accrual-based accounting and GAAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review daily POS sales and balance postings.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Assist period-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation.
• Handle licenses, permits, and sales tax compliance.
• Support audits and 1099 filings.
• Support process improvements and documentation.
