Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA/MBA is a plus and may be preferred for advancement.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Post cash receipts via Coupa bank statements to the general ledger.
• Communicate with banks for day-to-day transactional resolution.
• Month-end rebilling and management fees.
• Reconcile inter-company sales and purchases during month-end close.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Calculate and file sales and use tax.
• Support fixed asset creation and maintenance.
• Prepare SOX control documentation for month-end.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Assist in monthly operating expense analysis.
