You will prepare financial reports for corporate and internal use and help coordinate R&D and cost tracking with the management team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 5+ years of experience, and expert Excel skills, with strong communication and analytical abilities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience.
• Expert level Excel; MS Office proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Completes and submits required reporting to Corporate.
• Assists in forecasting processes.
• Tracks and reports costs for R&D and sales metrics.
• Performs end-of-month reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Maintains standard costing and fixed asset schedules.
• Tests financial controls and supports audits.
