Responsibilities

• Manage balance sheet accounts and schedules (accruals, prepaids, notes payable)
• Prepare and post entries across registers, journals, and logs
• Maintain and manage fixed assets, including disposals and equipment deposit schedules
• Review and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Perform treasury management tasks across multiple accounts (bank transaction validations, statement reconciliations)
• Manage lease accounting following ASC 842 standards
• Produce and distribute monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Own month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Prepare and organize documentation for external audits
• Research and interpret data to answer financial questions and provide insights
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
