Addison Group partners with a well-established, multi-location organization to identify a Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). This role leads a team responsible for keeping critical systems reliable, available, and performing at scale across digital platforms and physical locations.

The base salary is $160,000–$185,000 plus an annual bonus. Schedule is hybrid, onsite Monday through Wednesday with optional remote Thursday and Friday.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in Site Reliability/DevOps with leadership experience.
• Strong experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with distributed systems and reliability engineering.
• Knowledge of SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on monitoring and observability tooling.
• Proven incident response leadership and root cause analysis.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead initiatives to improve system reliability, uptime, and scalability.
• Establish SLOs/SLIs and performance targets.
• Oversee incident management and major outage responses.
• Develop processes to reduce recurring issues and improve recovery times.
• Drive automation and self-healing systems; reduce manual work.
• Maintain scalable cloud environments with engineering teams.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing, and rollback procedures.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
• Define production readiness and disaster recovery standards.
• Mentor and develop the SRE team; collaborate with stakeholders.
