Job summary

Mapfre is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance its USA On-Prem and Cloud platform strategy. The engineer will ensure MUSA's platform meets SLAs, develop monitoring standards, and support development teams to focus on innovation. This role requires hands-on experience, with skills in Linux, CI/CD, and observability tooling. Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Hands-on experience in distributed computing environments.
• 3+ years leading a Platform or SRE group for high availability.

Responsibilities

• Set monitoring standards for on-prem and Cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure platform SLAs are met with appropriate SLIs.
• Support internal stakeholders with technical challenges.
