Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting live-site production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native automation.
• Proficient in Python scripting and automation for operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy large-scale dynamic URL redirects and SEO-friendly paths.
• Provide on-call support for production-grade applications and incidents.
• Configure and manage Akamai Cloudlets and CDN infrastructure.
• Implement monitors, alerts, and SOPs for early issue detection.
• On-board new applications and AI/ML services on AWS infrastructure.
• Lead incident management with clear communication and post-incident follow-ups.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize performance, reliability, and cost.
• Address user-reported problems across the Digital Marketing Organization.
