Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation and service.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management roles.
• Strong familiarity with NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25, and FM Global Standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of Fire Sprinkler Design principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction and small service projects.
• Review contracts, specifications and bid drawings.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Track inventory of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
