Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading sports facilities projects valued at 100M or larger.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety and contract compliance.
• Sets strategic direction and ensures successful execution of complex construction projects.
• Leads negotiation of contracts, risk mitigation, and buyout process.
• Develops networking strategy and collaborates with business development.
• Plans schedules across multiple projects and manages schedule risk.
• Mentors and develops team members and maintains a positive, inclusive environment.
