Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a skilled Splunk Dashboard Developer to design, develop, and maintain dashboards that deliver actionable insights from Department-level operational data. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 14+ years of experience or Master's plus 12+ years (experience may substitute for degree).
• Strong experience with Splunk dashboard development and SPL language.
• Proven ability to design and optimize Splunk dashboards for large, complex datasets.
• Experience translating operational requirements into actionable visualizations.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools for sharing dashboards across teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• US Citizenship and active secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards in Splunk using SPL and Dashboard Studio/Simple XML.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability with large data sets.
• Collaborate with NT leadership, engineers, operators, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Assist in data modeling, reporting, and access control configuration for secure sharing.
• Support documentation and training for dashboard users.
