You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, address challenges, and develop scalable analytics solutions while advancing analytical storytelling and rigorous performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years analytics experience.
• Experience in spend analytics, BI, data analytics, or strategic analysis.
• Proven leadership experience coaching analytical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and storytelling to influence audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts supporting established analytical programs, strategic initiatives, and emerging business priorities while fostering analytical excellence and professional growth.
• Partner with Program Services and business leaders to identify performance gaps, business opportunities, and analytical needs that support strategic objectives and informed decision-making.
• Direct complex analyses across multiple data sources to evaluate business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients and business partners to clarify challenges, translate ambiguous requirements into structured analytical approaches, and deliver actionable insights.
• Oversee the development of scalable analytics solutions that integrate data sources, analytical methodologies, business rules, and visualization to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Advance analytical storytelling capabilities by guiding the team to translate complex findings into clear business implications, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, data, and technology teams to strengthen analytical capabilities and develop repeatable approaches to insight generation and performance management.
• Lead strategic and emerging analytics initiatives, establishing analytical frameworks, defining success measures, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver measurable business value.
• Identify and implement opportunities to standardize, automate, and optimize analytical processes, reporting, and visualization while maintaining data quality and analytical rigor.
• Leverage analytical tools, automation, and approved AI capabilities to improve productivity, enhance analytical quality, and promote effective and appropriate technology adoption.
