Responsibilities

• Lead spectrum management analyses and interference assessments.
• Prepare FCC filings for satellite systems and licensing.
• Represent at international regulatory meetings (ITU, CITEL, 3GPP, ETSI).
• Lead frequency coordination with operators and regulators worldwide.
• Advise leadership on regulatory risks and spectrum strategy.
