Qualifications

• 7+ years in specialty claims, QA, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber, FI, Management Liability and Professional Lines regulations.
• Experience reviewing complex claims for quality and compliance.
• Ability to analyze QA results to identify trends and risk.
• Knowledge of claims systems and document management platforms.
• Clear written and verbal communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA and compliance support for Specialty Claims operations.
• Perform quality reviews of specialty claims to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Evaluate high-risk and complex claims for trends and exposure.
• Oversee AI-enabled claims functionality governance and controls.
• Collaborate with Claims leadership to address QA findings and corrective actions.
• Develop targeted training based on QA findings and recurring issues.
• Prepare QA reports with findings, trends, and recommendations.
