Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Manager to direct all phases of programs from inception through completion. You will drive program execution to meet orders, revenue, and operating income goals while coordinating cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, and Finance.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree with years of relevant experience or a Graduate degree with related experience, and an Active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 12 years of prior related experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing aircraft integration or aircraft maintenance efforts or complex aircraft engineering projects.
• Demonstrated experience in preparation of business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts.
• Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams in the execution of program requirements including Engineering, Operations/Manufacturing, Contracts, Finance, Quality, Security, etc.
• Utilize Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and tools to plan and execute programs, including identification and mitigation of cost, schedule, and technical risks
• Identify continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities
• Coordinate with customers to identify new opportunities and resolve issues throughout the program lifecycle
• Provide concise reports to management on status, potential issues, risks, and recommended courses of action
• Possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate to customers, other stakeholders, supporting teams, all levels of management
• Comprehend complex program and interdependencies and provide clear priorities to supporting teams
• Ability to work extended hours as needed to support program requirements
• Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity

Job Description:

The Program Manager directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Drives program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.
