Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management - GTM and Enablement to drive commercialization of Operational Intelligence products across the US region. The role focuses on adoption, identifying customer pain points, and supporting sales enablement with region-specific strategies.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with AC&S and Global Product Management, contribute to pricing discussions, create value narratives, and develop sales training materials to accelerate go-to-market

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product/Solution commercialization with a focus on go-to-market, pricing, and sales enablement for technology solutions (e.g. AI, SaaS, APIs, FinTech)
  • Possess customer orientation and commercial acumen
  • Ability to support strategic product initiatives and contribute to business transformation
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and supporting sales efforts
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Adept communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Senior Specialist, Product Management - GTM and Enablement

Overview

This Senior Specialist, Product Management will support the commercialization and sales expansion of Operational Intelligence products across one of the five global regions. The role will focus on driving product adoption, identifying customer pain points, supporting sales enablement, and contributing to the development of commercialization strategies. The individual will work closely with regional Advisors & Consulting Services(AC&S) teams and the Global Product Management team to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.

The Role
