Job Description:

The Role

Across industries, specialty chemicals are enabling breakthroughs in performance, purity, and process efficiency. • Track and report program KPIs, milestones, resource allocation, risk status, and benefit realization to provide the Technical Program Manager and leadership team with clear visibility for decision support.

  • Assist with business cases, project prioritization, capital and resource allocation inputs, and post‑completion benefit tracking.

  • Support external customer partner sampling and coordination for select externally‑facing programs, ensuring alignment between internal execution and customer requirements.

  • Partner with Finance and functional stakeholders to track program cost performance, ROI, and benefit realization against AOP and forecast targets.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in program management practices, tools, and processes across the organization, helping strengthen execution capability and maturity.
