Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketplace Activation to drive regional execution of our e-commerce go-to-market strategies for Vans and other brands. You will partner with marketplace, brand and commercial teams to grow revenue across key platforms.

You will adapt global strategies for local channels, launch brands on new marketplaces, manage partner relationships, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing, e-commerce operations, or marketplace growth experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep familiarity with major e-commerce ecosystems (Amazon, Shopify, regional marketplaces).
  • Hands‑on experience using Rithum (ChannelAdvisor/CommerceHub) for data feeds and mapping.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
  • Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Data-driven mindset to translate data into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt and scale global go-to-market strategies for local and regional marketplace channels.
  • Launch Brands on New Marketplaces: Coordinate Brand commercial activations.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for key commercial partners, vendors, or digital platforms.
  • Ensure external channel partners adhere to brand guidelines, SLAs, and commercial agreements.
  • Partner with internal Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to remove execution bottlenecks.
  • Measure activation ROI, customer lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and GMV.
  • Translate performance metrics into operational reporting and actionable recommendations for marketplace, brand, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Optimize product assortment, content readiness, promotional execution, and marketplace performance to support revenue and growth objectives.
  • Monitor marketplace health metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve seller and consumer experience.

A day in the life of a Senior Specialist, Marketplace Activation at VF looks a little like this. The Senior Specialist, Marketplace Activation drives the regional execution of our e-commerce go-to-market strategies. This role partners closely with marketplace, brand, and commercial stakeholders to support execution of marketplace growth initiatives and ensure alignment with global strategies. You will support VF’s amazing Brands on their current marketplace platforms, manage commercial partner channels, and optimize demand/supply growth to maximize marketplace revenue.

  • Adapt and scale global go-to-market strategies for local and regional marketplace channels.

  • Experience: 5-7 years of digital marketing, e-commerce operations, or marketplace growth experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Mindset: Proactive, solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Platforms: Deep familiarity with major e-commerce ecosystems (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, regional delivery/on-demand marketplaces).
  • Software: Mandatory hands‑on experience using Rithum (ChannelAdvisor/CommerceHub) for product data feeds and channel mapping.
  • Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
  • Project Management: Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Data‑Driven: Ability to turn complex data points into clear growth strategies.

Hiring Range: $96,768.00 USD - $120,960.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
