Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Learning Consultant to partner with business leaders in formulating learning strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

You will develop, deploy, and track learning solutions across oncology products and customer-facing audiences using LMS, Excel, and MS Office tools. You will analyze learner engagement with dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure programs stay aligned with changing business needs while delivering

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years in related work; 4 years with Master’s.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience in Learning & Development in healthcare/pharma preferred.

## Senior Specialist, Learning ConsultantApply: Remote: USA - Pennsylvania - North Wales (Upper Gwynedd): Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 15, 2026 (8 days left to apply): R420960**Job Description**The **Learning Consultant** acts as a partner to business management formulating learning and development strategy and plans designed to drive outcomes for the business. Understands the organization's talent, functional/technical capability, and leadership development needs. Develops and implements a variety of learning solutions to meet the organization's long and short term needs to build people capability.
