Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Inventory Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO to ensure accurate inventory planning and optimization.

You will partner with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Finance to balance customer service, production needs, and inventory investment. The role requires hands-on analysis of inventory levels, MRB processes, reconciliation of discrepancies, and continuous improvement of storage locations and Kanban replenishment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, materials management, supply chain, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management principles, material planning concepts, and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels, usage trends, and demand variability to balance service, cost and risk.
• Manage MRB inventory processes and coordinate with Quality for nonconforming material reviews.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory accuracy; perform root-cause analysis of variances.
• Improve inventory storage locations, warehouse processes and material flow for efficiency.
• Coordinate retained sample inventory management with Quality Assurance.
• Maintain SAP WM, IM, and Material Master for accurate control.
• Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Production Planning, and Quality.
• Identify improvements to inventory policies and material flow.
• Support cycle counts and audits consistent with internal controls.

Job Title: Senior Specialist, Inventory Analyst

Job Description: The Role: Our Colorado Springs, CO site is Inventory Analyst whom will play a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory planning, visibility, and optimization across operations. This role partners closely with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Finance to balance customer service, production needs, and inventory investment. Working independently on problems of diverse scope, the Inventory Analyst applies strong analytical judgment to improve material availability, reduce risk, and support operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze inventory levels, usage trends, and demand variability to recommend actions that balance service, cost, and risk.

Manage and oversee MRB inventory processes, including material tracking, disposition activities, and coordination with Quality to ensure timely review and resolution of nonconforming material.

Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including reconciliation of discrepancies and root‑cause analysis of variances.

Support the administration and continuous improvement of inventory storage locations and warehouse processes to improve material flow, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate retained sample inventory management, including retention tracking, compliance monitoring, and disposition activities in partnership with Quality Assurance.

Maintain and optimize SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM), and Material Master processes to ensure accurate inventory control and operational effectiveness.

Administer and continuously improve Kanban replenishment processes, system transactions, workflow execution, and user support to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support data‑driven decision making.

Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Production Planning, and Quality to ensure materials are available and accurately accounted for to meet production and customer requirements.

Identify and recommend improvements to inventory policies, planning parameters, and material flow processes.

Support cycle count programs and inventory audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.

Independently resolve inventory‑related issues using judgment, evaluation of multiple factors, and adaptation of established approaches.

What We Seek:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience preferred Experience in inventory management, materials management, supply chain, or a similar analytical role. Strong working knowledge of inventory management principles, material planning concepts, and ERP/MRP systems. (SAP preferred) Proven ability to analyze data, evaluate multiple factors, and make sound recommendations with limited precedent. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables) and hands‑on experience with reporting and data visualization tools, including Power BI. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional partners. Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences. Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing environments preferred APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) a plus

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, and moving throughout the production area for extended periods Ability to work in an office or manufacturing environment as needed Lifting up to 40 lbs. on an occasional basis Bending, reaching, kneeling, or climbing as needed Wearing required PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel toe shoes

Compensation: $77k-102,500 range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
