Responsibilities

• Lead global ingredient qualification projects from initiation through completion; manage milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams to support qualification activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource tracking, and performance metrics.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate with leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with external suppliers to obtain quality, compliance, and technical documentation.
• Utilize PM systems to execute projects and track progress.
• Drive alignment across global stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Prioritize multiple projects while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Support compliance, quality, and continuous improvement throughout processes.
