The global law firm of K&L Gates is seeking a Senior Specialist, Executive and Internal Communications to join one of our US offices. The Senior Specialist, Executive and Internal Communications will support a growing internal communications team during a pivotal development phase. Reporting to the Director, Executive and Internal Communications, this role focuses on improving how employees stay informed, connected, and engaged. The position combines process‑building and governance with hands‑on tasks like writing, editing, and daily execution. Responsibilities include planning firmwide communications, refining content, managing tools and channels, and collaborating with colleagues to advance projects. This role offers firmwide exposure, involvement in high‑visibility communications, and the opportunity to shape the team’s standards and practices.

Salary $97,392 - $182,594/year
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
