You will ensure compliance of the change control process to the standards and regulation and act as an back-up when needed for audit support. Provide input or guide the development of user training programs and support the division and collaborate with SGS Change Management in the execution of the process. This role is **Hybrid** in **Portage, Michigan.** **What you will do** * Provide customer service to internal customers to meet business needs under minimal supervision including, but not limited to:* Assisting users at all levels of the organization by prioritizing and completing PLM Help Incidents and Tasks in the service now queue.* Provide support to the Senior Change Management Engineers.* Liaise with relevant functional groups, facilitate and mentor teams through the change control process. Supports and assists the change owners and initiators.* Ensuring compliance to the relevant corporate procedures.
