Job description

Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a Senior Special Projects Manager, to support our most challenging and high-priority initiatives across CoreWeave
  • You will join the Special Projects team, which operates as an internal consulting team and force‑multiplier for the business, assembled to tackle our most challenging and high-priority initiatives
  • We take ownership of critical workstreams and support the CEO, CSO, CFO, CDO, GC, and other teams in cross‑functional workstreams across CoreWeave
  • You will work with a variety of stakeholders across all levels of CoreWeave to support key executives and decision‑makers
  • The ideal candidate is a generalist problem‑solver, who can take ownership of a workstream, from problem statement through implementing and operating a solution
  • They will apply a consistent, rigorous toolkit of structured analysis, disciplined project management, and stakeholder influence to any business problem that they encounter
  • Prior examples of Special Projects include our IPO, Board materials preparation, internal and external communications initiatives, new product development, M&A integrations, change management projects, and more
  • Take a consultative and strategic approach to developing and structuring problem statements, aggregating relevant research and data, conducting comprehensive analysis and assessments, providing actionable recommendations, implementing solutions, and measuring results
  • Prepare and present clear and concise communications for a variety of audiences, from the executive level to all company forums
  • Proactively identify key business challenges, scope opportunities for Special Projects support, and deliver solutions
  • Independently own end‑to‑end project management (PMO) for a portfolio of projects, orchestrating complex, cross‑functional workstreams, proactively identifying risks, and meticulously overseeing implementation across all functional groups
  • Drive decision‑making through strategic reporting, insights, and recommendations

We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren’t a 100% skill or experience match. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 7-10 years of experience.
  • A background in management consulting followed by in‑house experience in corporate strategy, private equity, investment banking, product management, or a strategic chief of staff role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to seamlessly shift between rolling up your sleeves to solve tactical problems with functional owners and advising C‑level executives on high‑level strategic planning.
  • Prepared to be flexible and nimble in a rapidly scaling business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration and accountability without ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, software businesses, digital infrastructure, or data centers preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement operational best practices, build scalable processes, and drive continuous improvement within an organization.
  • Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and drive strategic alignment across the entire CoreWeave organization.
  • Ready for an operator role – driving ideas through execution.
