Job summary

Geo Owl is seeking a Senior Special Programs Support Specialist to contribute to data science support initiatives in Stuttgart. The role focuses on preparing data for visualization, cleaning, and quality checks to ensure reliable analytics.

You will build dashboards with Tableau or Power BI, perform data preprocessing, integration, and apply AI/ML techniques to unstructured data, supporting special programs and intelligence missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of data science support experience.
• 11 years of work experience without a degree may be considered.
• Proficient in Python and automated data methodologies.
• Experience with AI/ML for unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Produce data cleaning, basic analysis, and preparation for visualization.
• Develop dashboards and perform routine data quality checks.
• Perform data preprocessing, data integration, quality checks and assurance, and complex data visualization creation.

Senior Special Programs Support Specialist

This is a proposal position

Location: Stuttgart, Germany

Clearance: TS/SCI with eligibility for CI polygraph

Position

• Produce data cleaning, basic analysis, and preparation for visualization
• Develop dashboards and perform routine data quality checks
• Perform data preprocessing, data integration, quality checks and assurance, and complex data visualization creation
• Develop dashboards with tools like Tableau or Power BI, and apply AI/ML models for unstructured data analysis

Required

Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category (i.e., Data Science/Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Science) from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or 7 years of experience conducting data science support, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

11 years of specific experience without a degree may be considered

Skills

• Knowledge and experience in Python software and Automated Methodology
• Knowledge and experience in Hypothesis testing, Communication tradecraft techniques, Statistical and Machine Learning and Training solutions.
• Knowledge and experience utilizing ABI Tools and Tradecraft.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Intelligence Community experience preferred
