Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in national security community focused on Spacepower.
• Experience building relationships at highest levels of government.
• Strong adaptability to stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assess research initiatives for the Mitchell Institute.
• Seek business opportunities for Mitchell Institute programs.
• Support logistical arrangements for events.

Skills

Knowledge of national defense, strategic deterrence

Strong written and oral communication skills

Experience with budget planning and execution

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage high-level relationships

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Master’s degree in a related field preferred
