Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a STEM field.
• 5+ years in space industry leading development, manufacturing and certification of spaceflight equipment.
• 10+ years managing complex projects.
• Strong time management and PM skills.
• Experience with ISS payload integration and safety processes.
• Excellent communication, dependable and self-motivated.
• Able to work with senior executives, scientists, engineers and customers.
• US citizenship or lawful permanent residency and ability to pass a government background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MISSE ship-sets and documentation on time and on-budget.
• Ensure design, production, assembly, integration and test meet high quality standards.
• Work with customers to align MISSE service with their needs and expectations.
• Assist and/or co-lead sales, marketing and proposal efforts.
• Support development of lunar testing services and products.
• Manage, supervise, mentor employees and collaborate with senior leadership.
