The ideal candidate has 6+ years of swept sine vibration experience, a strong background in instrument selection, MATLAB, and data validation, plus hands-on leadership in test programs for spacecraft structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years hands‑on experience in swept sine vibration testing of spacecraft structures.
• Strong planning, instrumentation selection, base input control, and data validation in time and frequency domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead Test Execution: author sine vibration test plans, define base input levels, and act as Test Director during testing.
• Force & Response Limiting: implement notching techniques to protect flight hardware.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with engineering teams during spacecraft integration and Test Readiness Reviews.
• Reporting & Reviews: prepare test summaries for launch vehicle integration and support FRBs and process improvements.
