Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of professional experience in environmental testing, specifically vibration testing
• Ability to design, review, and execute vibration test procedures
• Experience coordinating across structures, systems, and manufacturing teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-discipline environment

Responsibilities

• Own vibration test planning and execution for spacecraft hardware
• Develop and improve vibration test procedures and work instructions
• Review requirements and environmental specs to ensure complete test coverage
• Design or oversee custom vibration test fixtures meeting interface requirements
• Interface between test operations and engineering groups during environmental testing
• Lead on-floor vibration test operations with strict procedure adherence
• Drive root cause analysis for test anomalies and coordinate with engineering teams
