Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience with spaceflight hardware.
• Experience leading structural analysis and subsystem development for spacecraft.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform structural analysis and verification to ensure hardware survives launch and deployment with adequate margin.
• Direct structural, vibration, dynamic, shock, and environmental analyses for flight hardware.
• Own structural verification from concept through qualification, production, integration, and on-orbit support.
• Develop engineering requirements, procedures, and qualification plans for structural performance.
• Lead hardware structural testing and anomaly resolution; drive design reviews and communicate with leadership.
