Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is looking for a Next Gen Network Systems Architect Engineer in Colorado Springs to provide senior-level systems architecture and technical advisory support. This role focuses on next-generation transport and space communications architectures.

The selected candidate will lead architecture development, analyze transport systems, engage in systems engineering activities, and advise Government leadership on modernization strategies. Requires a minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience and a TS clearance.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of relevant DoD or National Security Space systems engineering experience.
• Must be a US citizen with a minimum TS clearance.
• Familiarity with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and MBSE concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture development for resilient space transport and communications systems.
• Analyze end-to-end transport architectures.
• Advise Government leadership on technical risks and modernization strategies.
