Job summary

Palski & Associates, Inc. is seeking a senior space test engineer to support STARCOM Delta 12 at Schriever SFB, CO. You will analyze and test space systems, design advanced test programs, and ensure proper data collection and reporting on complex space missions.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of space test experience, DoD policy familiarity, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide junior engineers on a small agile team.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
• 12+ years with a BS or 10+ years with a MS.
• Expertise in test, evaluation, and experimentation for space systems.
• Experience leading complex test engineering activities and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior space test and evaluation support for STARCOM Delta 12.
• Design and execute advanced test/experimentation programs.
• Create and review test documentation (plans, Safety Packets, briefs).
• Review designs to inform test planning and data management.
• Plan and execute Modeling and Simulation of system performance.
• Support live test execution, mission planning, and debriefs.
• Perform pre-test analysis and define data collection requirements.
• Lead a team of junior to mid-level engineers.
