Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation seeks a Senior Technology and Policy Integration Lead to advise ODNI senior leaders on space integration, policy, and strategy. You will coordinate across NIC-Space and SCO, connecting experts within the IC and Aerospace to advance mission priorities.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in IC strategy, policy development, and space architectures, with a current TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship. This onsite role is in Tysons Corner and Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in STEM areas or other relevant disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead interagency or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in strategy and policy development within the IC, DoD, or space industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Aerospace advisor to senior leaders across ODNI on space integration, policy, and strategy.
• Develop and maintain awareness of current national security space architectures, threats, and systems.
• Advance cross-organization project integration and connect IC and Aerospace experts.
• Build and maintain relationships with IC elements; facilitate information exchange and analysis.
• Lead multiple high-performing teams to deliver strategic analyses and study results for senior customers.
• Propose new areas and tasks to expand Aerospace’s impact on IC-DoW space integration.
• Mentor team members to develop leadership and strategic understanding.
• Collaborate with Aerospace Engineering & Technology Group to meet customer requirements.
