Minimum Qualifications

• 12. 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language OR 4+ years experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

• 13. Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
• 14. Shipped at least one large-scale product to production, supporting millions of active users
• 15. 2+ years of experience building complex applications for the iPhone or iPad using Objective-C/C++/Swift with the iOS SDK and other frameworks
• 16. Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management
• 17. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• 18. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• 19. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Compensation

$183,997/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
