Job summary

Quadrant, Inc. is seeking an experienced SME System Engineer in Chantilly, VA, to provide Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) support. Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in aerospace or defense, with active TS clearance required.

The role includes responsibilities such as supporting the development of a space-based Air Moving Target Indicator (AMTI) system, providing independent technical assessments, and participating in major program design reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in aerospace, space systems, or defense programs.
• Demonstrated experience across the full system lifecycle.
• Familiarity with DoD/IC acquisition processes required.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent technical assessment of contractor designs.
• Support systems engineering lifecycle activities.
• Evaluate radar performance and modeling.

Education
