Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced E3 leader to guide and execute activities across NASA Human Spaceflight programs from our Huntsville, AL offices. You will influence architecture decisions, provide executive consulting to NASA partners, and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure balanced risk in mission planning.

The role requires a top engineering degree with extensive E3 experience, plus strong writing and presentation skills, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited engineering degree preferred with vast E3/NASA experience.
• PhD with 24+ years, MS with 28 years, or BS with 30 years required.
• US Citizenship is required for this role.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or execute E3 activities to advise NASA Program and Projects architectures.
• Serve as an executive consultant to NASA partners and international customers as requested by NASA management.
• Chair working groups, ad hoc teams, and TIMs as necessary.
• Mentor less experienced NASA E3 practitioners to develop future subject matter experts.
• Participate in cross-cutting panels and study teams with related disciplines.
