Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Space RCO Configuration Management / System Integrator to lead CM and system integration for rapid space vehicle ground systems.

The role requires strong DoD/IC experience and ability to coordinate across government partners in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include developing training materials, overseeing interface definitions, and advising program management on integration and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience.
• Knowledge of space system engineering, development, and manufacturing.
• Experience with DoD program management including program development and transition, IMS, and risk management.
• Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS).

Responsibilities

• Plans, facilitates, and evaluates exercises to test and refine operational procedures and team responsiveness.
• Designs and implements training programs for personnel and teams.
• Regularly updates training materials to reflect technology and procedural changes.
• Oversees configuration management to engineering and technical projects; coordinates with partners.
