Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Propulsion Systems to orchestrate end-to-end planning of development, manufacturing and testing of propulsion modules.

This role owns the program roadmap across development, testing, procurement and assembly, aligns with product, and drives supplier coordination to meet mission timelines.

The position requires leadership across engineering teams, external partners, and executives to deliver reliable space propulsion on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or program management.
• A degree in engineering, physical sciences, or related field.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and balance timelines across teams.
• Experience aligning product decisions with program execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the full propulsion program roadmap, spanning development, testing, procurement and assembly.
• Bridge product and program priorities to ensure roadmaps are executed smoothly.
• Drive thruster production with steady supply chains and timely upgrades.
• Maintain clear communication across engineering leads, managers and executives.
• Manage customer relationships, provide updates and coordinate with propulsion teams.
• Translate high-level mission specs into concrete test targets and plans.
